Career Mentor

Students will identify a Career Mentor from their home institutions. The career mentor should have the ability to provide career advice and assistance strategically navigating and overcoming institution-specific requirements and challenges, and advocating for institutional support and resources that will accelerate and improve the scholar’s research.

Students should begin thinking about who can serve as their career mentor during the application process. The SHARE team will provide assistance to students who may be unable to identify a career mentor at their home institutions.
