Stipend and Duration

Stipend

SHARE is a paid internship program. SHARE scholars will receive a stipend of $15/hour and are expected to dedicate their time fully to SHARE (40 hrs/week). This stipend is expected to help partially cover costs of living while residing in Washington, D.C.

For participants from outside the Washington, DC metropolitan area, we offer an additional $2000 stipend to help cover housing costs.

Duration 

SHARE is a 10-week intensive summer internship. The 2025 program is scheduled to begin May 2024 and end August 2024. The first two weeks of the program will be held virtually. The 8 in-person weeks will be held at the George Washington University - Foggy Bottom campus in Washington, D.C.
